Independent Fleet Partners
We have built a network of over 1,000 carefully selected independent
tyre specialists to supplement the National Tyres and Autocare branch
network which means your drivers can receive a truly national service
24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days-a-year. National fleet has
implemented a service level agreement with each independent partner,
all of whom will invoice via National Fleet at your pre-agreed pricing,
reducing your administration costs and still allowing you to claim
manufacturer and distributer rebates.
Mobiles
National's fleet of mobile vehicles combined with our independent
fleet partners', gives your drivers access to over 200 vehicles,
all of which provide an on-site fitting service at your driver's
choice of location. This service offers you a truly flexible and
convenient fast fit solution, free of charge during normal working
hours and available 24-7-365. |
Call and Collect
National's call and collect service offers your drivers the convenience
of having their vehicles collected from their home or office, taken
to the nearest centre where the necessary work can be carried out,
and the vehicles returned. The whole process including authorisation
is managed by National Fleet's 24 hour call centre with no inconvenience
to your driver.
Tyre Locator
High performance or specialist tyres are usually not a standard
stock item within tyre distributors. National Fleet's "tyre
locator" facility enables us to locate a required product thoughout
our network or through our sister company Viking
International, with a guaranteed 24 hour delivery.
Driver Direction
Via National Fleet's sophisticated in-house mapping system, drivers
can be informed of their nearest National
Tyres & Autocare branch or independent fleet partner location.
